Dear Team—

I know you all just wrapped up your town hall - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the good news. Last time I shared you all a message, I stated the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and innovative creators we have had the chance to collaborate with - and we’re excited for that partnership to continue.”

Through your commitment and adaptability, especially over the past twelve months, you consistently demonstrate that.

The gamer responses from last autumn’s Project ETHOS testing phase was enlightening. It confirmed the potential of a roguelike shooter but indicated we still had work to do. It uncovered the requirement for a clearer vision.

The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve progressed. You embraced the input to heart and overhauled Project ETHOS with a renewed goal - one that’s positioned to deliver on its potential to our fans.

The trust in this project increases every day. To boost the outstanding advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to introduce the new hire as the new Director of 31st Union. Following a period of discussions, he starts with us on Monday, October 20.

Ben’s management and experience in the competitive gaming field is considerable, having dedicated the recent years developing and managing some of the most popular franchises in gaming, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and more recently, Apex Legends.

I invite you all in receiving him in the coming days. We are all looking forward to persist observing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the time to follow.
